My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. I encountered significant issues during check-in, partially due to unexpected additional charges that were not clearly communicated. On a positive note, the hotel staff, particularly at the reception, were very professional and tried their best to accommodate my needs. However, the noisy environment and the state of the rooms, especially the carpets, left much to be desired.
